The current 2021-2022 Device Cost Protection Plan ends on June 30, 2022.  Families that plan to use their device during the Summer will need to pay for the 2021-2022 coverage prior to leaving for the Summer.  
We developed an electronic form that combines the Acceptable Use Agreement and options for payment in one location, with an electronic signature.  This will streamline the process for families paying with credit cards.
